Make a Wish Studio lets you delete your account and associated App data directly inside Make a Wish.
Delete inside the App
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm and complete Google re-authentication if requested.
On success, the App deletes the Firebase Authentication account and associated App records, including profile data, authored public/private wishes, likes, blocked authors, submitted reports, purchase-delivery records, and moderation notices.
Request deletion without App access
Email makeawishgame@gmail.com from the Google email connected to the account.
- Subject: Make a Wish account deletion
- Include: your nickname and a short deletion request.
- Never include: passwords, full card numbers, or financial credentials.
We may reasonably verify the request to prevent unauthorized deletion. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days unless law requires or permits longer.
Limited retention
Limited information may remain where reasonably necessary for purchase accounting, fraud/abuse prevention, security, disputes, or legal compliance. Google Play independently keeps transaction records. Residual backup copies may remain temporarily until normal deletion cycles complete and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Uninstalling the App does not delete your account. Account deletion is permanent and normally cannot be undone.
